Talis Group’s client, a highly respected litigation firm in Kentucky, is growing and adding a talented Business Litigation Associate to its collaborative team. Candidates should have 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (or able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal court.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate directly with experienced litigators on complex matters.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients through responsive, high-quality service.
