Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial/business litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal court.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate directly with experienced litigators on complex matters.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients through responsive, high-quality service.
