Job summary

Dykema's Los Angeles office is seeking an associate with 4–8 years of experience in business litigation and/or financial services litigation. The candidate will draft and argue motions, conduct and defend depositions, and prepare diverse pleadings and discovery materials.

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required, with attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in business litigation and/or financial services litigation.
• Proficient in drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing pleadings and discovery materials.
• Develops case strategies and demonstrates excellent written and oral advocacy.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be admitted to the California Bar.
