Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a practicing litigator in complex business disputes.
• Excellent understanding of civil procedure, depositions, and supervising litigation.
• Must be admitted to the Texas bar or eligible for immediate admission.
• Strong written and oral communication, including complex motion practice and client interactions.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

• Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
