Adams & Martin Group is seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Associate (4+ years) to join its Business and Commercial Disputes practice in Atlanta and other offices. The role handles complex, high-stakes matters for national and international clients with exposure to diverse industries.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented litigator who thrives in lean, collaborative teams, taking meaningful responsibility and direct client contact, including case strategy and discovery

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission.
• 3-9+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at a firm of comparable caliber.
• Counsel-level candidates may be considered.
• DOJ experience is a plus.
• Experience with contract disputes, business torts, and fiduciary matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts through all phases.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend fact and expert depositions.
• Lead discovery strategy, including document production and e-discovery coordination.
• Support trial preparation and trial, including witness and exhibit strategy.
• Advise clients on litigation risk and business impact.
• Work directly with in-house counsel and business stakeholders.

A leading national law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate (approximately 4+ years of experience) to join its Business and Commercial Disputes practice in multiple offices. This role involves complex, high-stakes litigation for sophisticated national and international clients across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented litigator who thrives in lean, collaborative teams and is comfortable assuming meaningful responsibility and direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts through all phases
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions

• Base salary range: $200,000 - $300,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Eligible for discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package
