Qualifications

• Experience with contract disputes, business torts, and fiduciary matters

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts through all phases
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Conduct and defend fact and expert depositions
• Lead discovery strategy, including document production and e-discovery coordination
• Support trial preparation and trial, including witness and exhibit strategy
• Advise clients on litigation risk and business impact
• Work directly with in-house counsel and business stakeholders

Mid to Senior-Level Litigation Associate - AmLaw 200 Firm Business and Commercial Litigation | Atlanta/Dallas/Nashville/Charlotte

A leading national law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate (approximately 4+ years of experience) to join its Business and Commercial Disputes practice in multiple offices. This role involves complex, high-stakes litigation for sophisticated national and international clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented litigator who thrives in lean, collaborative teams and is comfortable assuming meaningful responsibility and direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts through all phases
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Conduct and defend fact and expert depositions
• Lead discovery strategy, including document production and e-discovery coordination
• Support trial preparation and trial, including witness and exhibit strategy
• Advise clients on litigation risk and business impact
• Work directly with in-house counsel and business stakeholders

Compensation

• Base salary range: $200,000 - $300,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Eligible for discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package
