Job description

Join us as we transform immunology and deliver medicines that help autoimmune patients get their lives back. argenx is preparing for multi-dimensional expansion to reach more patients through a rich pipeline of differentiated assets, led by VYVGART, our first-in-class neonatal Fc receptor blocker approved for the treatment of gMG, and with the potential to treat patients across dozens of severe autoimmune diseases. We are building a new kind of biotech company, one that maintains its roots as a science-based start-up and pushes our commitment to innovate across all corners of our business. We strive to inspire and grow our company, our partnerships, our science, and our people, because when we do, we deliver more for patients.

This role ensures aligned execution of national brand and indication strategy, strong customer engagement and consistent commercial performance. The Mid-Atlantic Business Leader partners closely with Mid-Atlantic Market Head (MH) to translate local market strategy into focused account engagement and business results, while maintaining direct responsibility for TBM performance, capability building and adherence to the argenx Way. This market will include the following states: Maryland, New Jersey, Virigina, District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania & West Virginia.

Serve as a connector across cross-functional partners (FRMs, NCMs, FCEs, TLLs, MSLs, RADs) to ensure seamless market execution. Set clear expectations, monitor key performance indicators (e.g., call quality, vial attainment, patient starts), and recognize individual and team contributions. Share insights and best practices with Mid-Atlantic Market Heads and enterprise leadership to continuously strengthen impact. Provide clear, consistent feedback to the Mid-Atlantic Market Head on TBM performance, customer engagement trends, and local market conditions.
