About This Role:

We are a growth-oriented organization in the facilities and environmental services sector seeking a proven Leader to lead expansion in the Hawaii market. This is a high-impact opportunity with an already-strong foundation — tenured operations leaders in place, newly hired business development talent ready to execute, and an untapped regional market with real runway.

  • Maintain facilities, equipment, and physical assets to uphold professional standards
  • Ensure accountability across teams through clear expectations and consistent oversight
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to meet or exceed annual targets
  • Partner with the business development team to maintain a qualified pipeline and close new business
  • Represent the company through local networking, community engagement, and market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor client feedback and drive service improvements to maximize retention

  • Own P&L — revenue generation, expense control, and financial forecasting
  • Track KPIs and implement improvements to maximize profitability
  • Identify cross-sell and revenue expansion opportunities
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff
  • Set clear performance expectations; conduct regular coaching and corrective action as needed
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork
  • Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies and procedures
  • Monitor safety performance and proactively implement risk-reduction strategies
  • Promote a safety-first culture at every level of operations
