Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with an Agile development team to design, deliver, and manage digital solutions for stakeholders and warfighter missions.

You will translate business needs into user stories, collaborate with diverse teams, and leverage Office 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira, and Balsamiq to support planning and execution. A Top Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence.

Your work will involve translating business needs into actionable insights, exploring emerging technology trends, and creating intuitive, user‑focused digital experiences that make a real impact on our warfighter.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate with developers, testers, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, AI/ML specialists, UX designers, and content strategists to translate stakeholder requirements into user stories and deployable features. You will support Digital Airpower Solutions by working closely with key stakeholders to understand mission requirements, operational challenges, and DoW processes—including technical data, aircraft maintenance, program management, logistics, contract management, and IT compliance. You will use tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira, and Balsamiq to support tactical planning and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The typical range reflects various factors such as location, education, skills, and organizational needs. In addition to competitive pay, Booz Allen offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible to participate in the company’s benefit programs.

Work Model

• Remote: If this position is listed as remote, occasional onsite work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
• Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, aligning with leadership expectations and role needs; additional onsite visits may be required.
