Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with an Agile development team to design, deliver, and manage digital solutions for stakeholders and warfighter missions.
You will translate business needs into user stories, collaborate with diverse teams, and leverage Office 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira, and Balsamiq to support planning and execution. A Top Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required.

You will collaborate with developers, testers, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, AI/ML specialists, UX designers, and content strategists to translate stakeholder requirements into user stories and deployable features. You will support Digital Airpower Solutions by working closely with key stakeholders to understand mission requirements, operational challenges, and DoW processes—including technical data, aircraft maintenance, program management, logistics, contract management, and IT compliance. You will use tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira, and Balsamiq to support tactical planning and ensure seamless execution.

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The typical range reflects various factors such as location, education, skills, and organizational needs.
