Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an IT business analyst to bridge business needs with technology, developing digital workflows and leading a cross-functional team of architects, developers, testers, and data specialists to deliver deployable features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data workflow sustainment, or business process automation.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Excel or Power Query data processes.
• Experience developing automated dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online site structures and content management, data integrity, validation, and audit practices for structured operational datasets.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical workflows;
• Ability to document processes, configuration standards, and user guidance and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve system issues.
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT-II Certification such as Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire date

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
