Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Technician to design and implement data and analytics solutions for the Bureau of Savings Programs. This role involves organizing, automating, and analyzing large datasets to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making, marketing effectiveness, and program growth.

Duties:

• Act as a liaison between business units and IT to define, design, implement, and maintain data storage, management, reporting, and analysis solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into data specifications.
• Aggregate and standardize data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Utilize Microsoft tools such as Azure Dataverse, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Automate for data exploration and reporting.
• Develop algorithms and queries for data cleaning, validation, and processing.
• Perform statistical analysis using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python to identify trends.
• Create data visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with IT security standards and are scalable.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows.
• Establish monitoring processes for long-term analytics capabilities.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft reporting tools such as Azure Dataverse, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Automate.
