Teradyne is seeking a Business Intelligence Professional in North Reading, MA to transform operational and financial data into strategic insights. You will develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive business decisions and operational excellence.

The role partners with product managers, regional coordinators, analysts, IT, and global stakeholders to define roadmaps and improve BI infrastructure. A Master’s in a related field and 1–2 years of BI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and business reporting technologies.
  • Understanding of data management principles and business process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams and functions.

Opportunity Overview

The Business Intelligence Professional within Global Customer Services (GCS) plays a key role in transforming operational and financial data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for developing reporting solutions, advancing business intelligence capabilities, supporting system improvements, and contributing to the technology roadmap that enables business growth and operational excellence. The role partners closely with product managers, regional contract coordinators, business analysts, IT teams, and global stakeholders.

Compensation

The base salary range for this rol e is $71,400-$114,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
