  • Build and maintain automated reporting workflows, data transformation processes, and analytical solutions using Python, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Collaborate with technology leadership, finance, operations, and department stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define key performance indicators, and prioritize analytics projects.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, perform data validation, troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, and implement quality controls to improve data accuracy and reliability.
  • Lead business intelligence and reporting projects, including solution planning, development, testing, stakeholder review, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve business intelligence capabilities through cloud analytics platforms, workflow automation, and AI-assisted data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain documentation covering reporting logic, data sources, database relationships, dashboard definitions, and analytical processes.
Qualifications

  • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, data transformations, and database performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable business intelligence platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Python or a similar scripting language for data preparation, reporting automation, and analytical workflows.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple software applications, relational databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data validation, reporting logic, and data quality management.
  • Ability to define business metrics, interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing reporting initiatives, prioritizing analytics requests, and coordinating deliverables with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing business intelligence solutions for manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, ecommerce, warehousing, or distribution operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms, warehouse management systems, inventory management tools, and order processing applications.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, cloud data warehouses, SQL-based analytics platforms, or related cloud technologies.
