Job summary

Henkel offers an Internship with the Adhesive Technologies team in Ohio, focusing on data-driven insights and customer-facing recommendations. You will explore market intelligence, visualize performance, and support planogram optimization using BI tools.

• A student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Communications and Finance
• Proficiency in business intelligence applications: Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
• High Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, problem solver, creative, and open-minded personality

Responsibilities

• Experience developing customer-facing business recommendations based on market intelligence, data analysis, and insights
• Work with innovative team members and tools to understand performance and visualize recommendations
• Develop optimized planogram recommendations using ImpactXP
• Conduct customer planogram analysis and performance reporting
• Support customer sales and marketing projects and presentations
• Support data quality management projects for CRM, product portfolio data, and point-of-sales data.

• This internship is NOTeligible fora housingstipend or relocation support.
• This internship has a duration of January 11th - August 13th

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
