Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies internship in the United States offers hands-on exposure to Lowe's account management, omnichannel strategy, and data-driven decision making. You'll work with a cross-functional team to support a 7-member account group, conduct market research, build PowerPoint updates, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

We value leadership, strong communication, and the ability to analyze large data sets using Power BI and SAP.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 2-3 days/week in the Mooresville office.

• Ability to manage and analyze large data sets.

• Work directly with Lowe’s Home Improvement to support key merchandising stakeholders.
• Support a 7-member account team in Lowe’s business projects and events.
• Manage adhesives omnichannel business on Lowes.com, contributing to strategy and execution.
• Conduct market research, run data reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Create PowerPoint updates and present findings to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and tailor projects to strengths.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with one of the world’s largest retailers, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and gain exposure to key merchandising stakeholders
• Support a 7-member account team in managing the Lowe’s business, including customer-facing projects and events
• Manage aspects of the adhesives omnichannel business on Lowes.com, contributing to strategy and execution
• Conduct market research, run data reports, and provide insights to guide decision-making regarding the adhesives category
• Create PowerPoint updates and present findings internally and externally to build communication skills
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reach shared goals, with flexibility to tailor projects to your area of study and strengths

What makes you a good fit

• An undergraduate student (junior, senior), a master’s / graduate student or MBA student pursuing a degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing or Communications
• Ability to work from the Mooresville office 2-3days/week
• Proven leadership experience through academic or professional settings, with strengths in vision-setting and team engagement
• Self-motivated, creative, and open-minded with a proactive approach to learning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organizational skills for both internal and external collaboration
• Experience with Power BI and SAP is a plus
• Ability to manage and analyze large data sets effectively
• Familiarity or interest in artificial intelligence (AI) is a bonus

• This internship is NOTeligible fora housingstipend or relocation support.
• This internship has a duration of January 11th - August 13th

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
