The Urban Electric Co. is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions, KPI dashboards, and data visualizations across the organization.

You will partner with business units end-to-end—from needs assessment through ETL, data modeling, UI design, and end-user training—to support data-driven decisions. • 4+ years of demonstrated ability developing comprehensive reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Ability to understand and analyze complex data sets.
• Skilled at building stunning data visuals.
• Experience with Python or R for predictive analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics or Google Data Studio.
• Working knowledge of SSRS or equivalent report writer solutions.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and communicates effectively across teams.
• Prioritizes workload to meet shifting responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a high level of credibility and build strong professional relationships with internal clients.
• Collaborate with internal clients to deliver end-to-end reporting, data visualizations and analytics solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage the Microsoft Fabric platform including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, Semantic Models.
• Develop enterprise Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions delivering actionable insights.
• Assess reporting needs and opportunities.
• Create intuitive documentation and lead user tutorials.
• Develop and design a central reporting repository.
• Participate in data governance committee.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Assist with DBA tasks as needed.
