BI Business Analyst / Developer (Pricing Analytics)

Exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on high visibility projects for an enterprise industry-leading company! This role is a blend of BI business analysis & development. You will support multiple pricing strategy projects to support the enterprise. You will analyze data to determine strategies to ensure that products being sold online and in-store are cost competitive. You will design & develop analytics dashboards and produce BI solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with Executive stakeholders to deliver analytic solutions that lead to companywide investments.

This is a 18-month contract (potential to extend or convert to perm) with a client in Atlanta, GA.

You can work 100% remotely, but you must work EST business hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work to understand scope of the impact as well as which direction the enterprise should take regarding product pricing strategies
• Analyze data to determine the markets, categories, etc. in which to execute solutions
• Meet with Executives to share findings & present data-driven solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Master's Degree (Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance Analytics, Data Analytics, Mathematics)
• 1 to 5 years of BI development & analysis experience
• Pricing (preferred) or Financial analysis experience
• Strong analytical, non-binary thinking, & creative problem-solving skills
• Strong SQL skills - develop complex queries & stored procs from scratch
• Experience communicating data-driven decisions and making recommendations to the business based on analysis - ability to explain 'what', 'how', and 'why'
• Experience working with large data sets & understanding complex concepts
