Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is building a fast-moving Data & Analytics function to modernize data delivery across the organization. The role focuses on BI development and governance, delivering Power BI dashboards and enterprise analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will blend BI development with data engineering experience, designing scalable dashboards and reliable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric to enable trusted insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field; or HS diploma with 4 years of health data reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/data science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

As a key player in our Data & Analytics department, you will have the opportunity to shape the delivery lifecycle, drive innovative data initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong BI development and analytical skills with practical data engineering experience and a solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, data quality, and governance. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise business intelligence and data solutions using PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric to enable trusted, scalable, and insightful analytics solutions that drive business value across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Intelligence & Power BI Development — 50%

• Translate business requirements into well-defined analytical and BI problems, designing solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI that effectively communicate key insights.
• Analyze source data and underlying business processes to ensure accuracy, context, and appropriate interpretation of insights.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems, transformed datasets, semantic models, and reports to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Continuously improve BI outputs by enhancing data quality, report performance, and usability based on stakeholder feedback.
• Apply best practices in data visualization, dashboard design, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability of BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical and business documentation, including metric definitions, data lineage, model documentation, report specifications, and support procedures.

Microsoft Fabric & Data Engineering — 50%

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, including ETL and ELT processes, to support efficient data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across enterprise systems.
• Develop and manage moderate to complex workflow orchestrations, ensuring proper scheduling, dependency handling, monitoring, and fault tolerance across data processes.
• Support the design and maintenance of Lakehouse/Warehouse data models and curated analytical datasets optimized for Power BI consumption.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve data pipeline issues and performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, application teams, and system owners to understand source-system structures, establish appropriate data integrations, and ensure data availability. Collaboration & Data Culture

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required: Associate degree in related field or quantitative discipline such as Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
  • OR a High School diploma/ GED/ equivalent accreditation and a combination of four (4) years of highly relevant experience, in which two (2) years include clinical information systems and/or health data reporting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or related field
