Job summary

Artech L.L.C. seeks a senior BI Architect with 10–15 years of experience in BI, analytics, and data migration to lead enterprise-scale Power BI initiatives in the United States. You will design, implement, and govern scalable BI solutions, guiding modernization efforts and migrations from legacy tools.

You will work with stakeholders, data engineers, and product owners to deliver robust data models, DAX calculations, and secure data access (RLS) across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in BI, analytics, and data migration projects.
• Hands-on with Power BI including architecture, data modeling, and DAX.
• Experience across MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Qlik platforms.
• Experience migrating reports and data from legacy BI tools.
• Strong data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and dimensional modeling knowledge.
• Strong SQL for analytics and performance tuning.
• Ability to lead BI initiatives end-to-end and drive governance.

Responsibilities

10-15 years of overall experience in BI, Analytics, Business Intelligence and Analytics, specializing in report and data migration projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (Architecture, Data Modeling, DAX, Power BI Service).
• Proven experience working with multiple BI platforms:
  • MicroStrategy / Tableau / Qlik (QlikView / Qlik Sense)
• Experience working on data migration or report migration projects, especially from legacy BI tools.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and dimensional modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and performance tuning.
• Experience in designing scalable and reusable BI frameworks and designing scalable BI solutions in cloud-based environments.
• Ability to work independently and lead BI initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
