We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision making
• Utilize business intelligence tools to create visualizations and presentations for stakeholders
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
• Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
