Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Understanding of business operations, risk management, and reporting lifecycles.
• Proficient with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and quality practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Regulatory or audit reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Control Risk Management by delivering accurate, timely reporting and analytics for QCRM leaders and stakeholders.
• Maintain recurring reports and dashboards, validate outputs, analyze trends and risks.
• Create, refresh, validate, and distribute monthly QC reporting and management-level reports.
• Analyze QC results, trends, defects, exceptions, and emerging risks to inform leadership.
• Apply data validation, cleaning, reconciliation, and quality control techniques.
• Maintain documentation and evidence records with designated reviewers.
• Use Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Power Query to build and improve reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and align with business needs.
• Support reporting request management via ADO, SharePoint, and other tools.
• Assist with system administration, access governance, and security for reporting tools.
• Develop procedures and audit-ready materials; document data sources and calculations clearly.
• Identify reporting gaps and data quality issues; recommend improvements.
• Participate in modernization initiatives including automation and dashboard migration.
• Communicate findings and updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
