Lukos LLC seeks a Business Intelligence/Analyst Manager to support NSW data analytic requirements remotely from Coronado, CA. This role focuses on SharePoint portal management, BI applications, data quality, records management, and AI adoption across the workforce.

You will develop BI dashboards, acquire/clean data, and guide training and pilots to enable ethical AI integration within the organization.

Formación

• High school education required.

• Expert-level experience supporting data analytic requirements.
• Experience with BI software to create and manage dashboards.
• Proficiency with MS 365 apps including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).

Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education

• High school education required
• Bachelor degree preferred

Experience Required

• Expert-level experience supporting data analytic requirements.
• Experience with business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to create and manage dashboards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience working effectively and independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).

Job Objective

Serve as a half-time expert-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) special operations data analytic requirements. This role provides guidance and operational support across SharePoint portal management, business intelligence applications, data quality, records management, and the workforce-wide education and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities

• SharePoint Management: Develop, modernize, and maintain NSW SharePoint pages; manage CUI access permissions and train staff on best practices.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics: Acquire and clean data to build BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and analyze performance trends.
• Records Management: Serve as designated records manager under SECNAVINST 5210.8, maintaining file plans and handling data calls/inspections.
• AI Adoption: Lead workforce AI education, create training materials, and execute pilot projects for ethical AI integration.

Education & Certification

• Education: High school education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications / Clearance: SECRET Security Clearance required (must possess or be able to obtain)
