You'll partner closely with product strategy and commercial excellence teams to evaluate feature performance, identify user behavior trends, and surface opportunities that elevate engagement and outcomes across the product lifecycle. From auditing campaigns to informing roadmap priorities, your work will fuel continuous improvement across a core business vertical impacting hundreds of millions in annual revenue.

Your Impact Will Include:

• Delivering Actionable Reports: You'll consolidate and analyze first- and third-party data to create accurate, insightful reports for home office and leadership teams.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• This is a fully onsite role in Birmingham, AL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Information Science required (Graduate degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of similar work experience, preferably in tech, healthcare, or retail.
• A self-starter attitude with strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, question results, generate insights, and construct solutions.
• Outstanding documented skills in Excel; proficiency in VBA, SQL, R, or other coding platforms is preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
