Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to support the Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program in Coronado, California. The analyst will collect and analyze program data, develop performance-measurement tools and dashboards, identify trends, and present findings that support program improvement and senior-level decision-making.

This position is designated as key personnel and will provide functional support during program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BI, statistics, engineering, or related field.
• At least three years of experience developing scoring/assessment templates with real-time display features.
• At least three years presenting performance summaries and trends for assessment programs.
• At least three years applying quantitative or qualitative analyses to support executive decisions.
• Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain access to military installations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from Naval Special Warfare and program sources.
• Define key performance indicators, measures, and reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Maintain program data in Government-approved systems and support data-management procedures.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate performance and identify trends.
• Apply statistical methods to develop predictive models and decision-support tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Develop and maintain data collection processes and surveys.
• Prepare quarterly analytical and performance reports.
• Present findings to technical and nontechnical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Supervise Administrative Support Assistant for the program.

Position Overview

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to support the Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program in Coronado, California. The analyst will collect and analyze program data, develop performance-measurement tools and dashboards, identify trends, and present findings that support program improvement and senior-level decision-making.

This position is designated as key personnel and will provide functional support during program execution.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from authorized Naval Special Warfare and program sources.
• Work with Government stakeholders to define key performance indicators, performance measures, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain program data in Government-approved systems and support effective data-management procedures.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate program performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Apply statistical methods and analytical tools to develop predictive models and other decision-support products.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Develop and maintain efficient registration, survey, and data-collection processes.
• Prepare quarterly analytical and performance reports.
• Present complex findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences, including senior military leaders.
• Supervise and coordinate the Administrative Support Assistant assigned to the program.
• Moderate structured program interviews when requested by the Government. This position does not assess or grade participants.
• Protect sensitive personnel, assessment, and Government information in accordance with applicable requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence analysis, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience developing customer-directed scoring or assessment templates and other user-friendly applications with real-time display features.
• At least three years of experience presenting performance summaries, analyzing performance trends, and developing future-performance deliverables for assessment programs.
• At least three years of experience applying quantitative or qualitative analytical methods, such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, or summarizing qualitative assessment commentary, to support executive decisions.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain access to military installations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, statistical software, regression analysis, predictive analytics, data mining, or machine-learning tools.
• Experience supporting leadership-assessment, personnel-development, Navy, Naval Special Warfare, or Department of Defense programs.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and senior-level communication skills.
