What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to identify healthcare trends and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze internal and external data sources to promote understanding of healthcare utilization
- Translate business intelligence into accessible decision support for healthcare service models
- Conduct contract and reimbursement analytics within the Provider Network Management team
- Provide measurable insights to improve members' health and cost of care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
- Minimum of six years’ experience with data reporting and analytics
- Proficiency in coding/programming and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
- Must not have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in business, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
- Experience in data reporting and analytics within the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, C#, or C++
- Experience with statistical languages and software like SAS, R, or Python
