Awareson Sp. z o.o. is seeking experienced Data Engineers to join international teams building scalable data solutions for enterprise apps and AI-powered systems.

You will work on large datasets, including financial, tax, and customs data, using Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in data engineering, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience deploying production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Data Engineering and producing production-ready solutions.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
• Practical experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in enterprise environments or projects of comparable scale and complexity.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

About the project

We are looking for experienced Data Engineers and Senior Data Engineers to join international teams developing scalable data solutions for enterprise applications and AI-powered systems.

The projects involve processing large and complex datasets, including financial, tax and customs data. The solutions support business applications and AI systems used for data analysis and document preparation.

You will work with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, building reliable data pipelines and scalable data architectures in an enterprise environment.
