The Business Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for supporting TrueCommerce’s various functions and regional teams with transforming data into insights that help drive business outcomes and decisions. This role will own and drive end to end data analytics and data visualization projects, including creation of reports and dashboards. This role is expected to be highly collaborative, interacting with business stakeholders to gather business needs, translate needs to technical requirements, and deliver meaningful insights.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, execution driven, and demonstrates initiative to make sure projects progress or issues are quickly addressed. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:
KRA 1: Data Analysis & Visualization 40%
• Analyze large datasets to support identification of trends, patterns and other insights for our operations and commercial business partners
• Create dashboards and other visualizations to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner (PowerBi)
KRA 2: Dashboard Maintenance and Troubleshooting 20%
• Regularly maintain and troubleshoot existing dashboards to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and user accessibility
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify possible enhancements to existing reports or dashboards Consult stakeholders on dashboard needs
KRA 3: Internal Research and Documentation 20%
• Take initiative and conduct research to identify ways to execute dashboarding projects, or support other strategic initiatives
• Develop training material and overview guides for dashboard usage
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
KRA 4: Stakeholder Communications 20%
• Work closely with COE team, business leaders and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that data analytics initiatives align with organizational goals
• Communicate with internal customers to ensure there are clear expectations of timing and quality
