Job summary

Toplent is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for a fully remote role. You will collect and analyze data, build dashboards, and provide insights to drive business decisions.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to deliver data‑driven solutions while supporting governance and data quality. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business units
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across departments
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, operations) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Support data governance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through BI tools and analytics

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analysis techniques
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
