Job summary

Huzzle, a remote-first client enacting a Europe-focused analytics modernization, seeks a highly analytical BI Analyst to drive strategic decisions through advanced reporting and data modelling. You will build scalable reporting with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, integrate CRM/ERP data, and present insights to leadership.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, and operations across multiple European markets, ensuring governance, data quality, and stakeholder alignment while shaping the BI

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in BI, analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling and Power BI Service administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience (Lakehouses, Dataflows, Warehouses, Pipelines).
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases and experience with Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Experience supporting multi-country or European operations is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Job Summary

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role


• Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modelling and Power BI Service administration


• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Dataflows, Warehouses, and Pipelines


• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases


• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments


• Ability to translate complex analysis into commercially focused business insights


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills


• Experience supporting multi‑country or European business operations is highly preferred


• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview or data governance frameworks


• Experience with Azure Data Services such as Azure SQL, Synapse, or Azure Data Factory


• Exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting models, or advanced analytics techniques


• Background in manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, or distribution industries


• Familiarity with Power Automate and workflow automation tools
