Job summary

Registix LLC is seeking a BI/Data Analytics professional to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and data solutions. You will translate stakeholder needs into metrics, models, and actionable insights using SQL, Python, and BigQuery.

You will partner with operations, sales, and finance to own BI outcomes on a modern data stack, ensuring data accuracy and timely reports while communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Develops Power BI dashboards and data solutions to turn business data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and BigQuery.

This position sits at the intersection of business and technology. You will gather reporting requirements from stakeholders, translate them into Power BI models and dashboards, and use SQL, Python, BigQuery, and APIs to keep data reliable and available. You will own BI outcomes across the business along with operations, sales, and finance over a modern data stack platform. Strong communication skills and the ability to turn business needs into clear technical requirements are essential. Strong English skills are required for effective collaboration with global teams.

What You'll Do

• Requirement Gathering & Solution Design: Partner with operations, sales and finance teams to clarify reporting needs, to translate business questions into metrics, filters, grains, and technical specs.
• Solution Design: Propose practical reporting approaches that fit the business question—dashboards, extracts, or ad-hoc analysis—and document decisions, trade-offs, and metric definitions.
• Power BI Delivery: Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and semantic models for domains such as inventory, sales, freights, customer analytics, and partner reviews.
• Data Storytelling: Analyze complex datasets and craft clear narratives that connect insights to business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data Pipelines & Warehouse: Contribute to ETL and transformation work using Python, Airflow, BigQuery (working with Medallion Architecture practices), and APIs so reporting tables and refreshes stay accurate and timely.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support recurring Excel extracts and ad-hoc analysis (pivots, reconciliations, deep dives) when stakeholders need files or answers beyond existing dashboards.
• Collaboration & Communication: Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, document requirements, metric definitions, and trade-offs so delivery stays aligned with the business.
• Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in reports and presentations, adhering to best practices in data management.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose practical improvements to reporting workflows, data definitions, and quality practices; use Git, GCP, and Python where they help ship and maintain solutions safely.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), or reverse logistics, particularly with appliances or home improvement goods (preferred but not required).
• Certifications in Power BI, Google Cloud, Excel, or data analytics.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership or external clients.
