A leading organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its growing team in a fully onsite role in Birmingham, Alabama. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to evaluate performance, identify trends, support strategic decisions, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and consolidate first- and third-party data to develop accurate, meaningful reports
• Translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and next steps
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer key business questions and support timely decision-making
• Develop and present clear, concise, data-driven insights to leadership and business stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align reporting and analytics with business priorities
• Monitor data quality and perform thorough validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through quantitative analysis
• Support ongoing business initiatives, reporting needs, and strategic projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Information Science, or a related field
• Graduate degree is a plus
• 1–3 years of relevant analytical or business intelligence experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and develop meaningful conclusions
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with VBA, SQL, R, or other programming/data analysis tools is preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
