Role Overview

The Compliance Analyst will analyze mandates with NASA customers, identifying POD opportunities for RNDC products. Precision and attention to detail are essential as the role directly impacts sales and compliance performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze mandated items and ensure accurate system representation.
  • Validate chain unit lists and manage customer changes to capture POD opportunities.
  • Research inventory availability, forecast issues, and communicate potential problems.
  • Collaborate with Data Management and Business Development teams to resolve data integrity issues.
  • Create and update chains, unit activations, and movements supporting NASA reporting.
  • Maintain existing programs with updates and corrections.
  • Prepare program announcements for stakeholders, including details on units, inventory, and forecasting.
  • Support business reviews and planning meetings.
  • Analyze execution data and identify opportunities for improved compliance.
  • Train internal teams and partners on compliance processes and reporting tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business strategy, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Proficiency with Internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and order processing systems (e.g., AS400, Logility, MicroStrategy) or willingness to learn.
