Summary

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for capturing and analyzing mandates with NASA customers, which equate to POD opportunities for RNDC products. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical as the information directly impacts the Company's sales. Our supplier partners also measure our level of compliance, making it a key performance indicator of RNDC's success.

In this role, you will
  1. Analyze mandated items and ensure accurate representation in the compliance system.
  2. Validate chain unit lists and manage customer changes to ensure all POD opportunities are captured.
  3. Research inventory availability for mandated items against forecasting and communicate potential issues to ensure product availability.
  4. Partner with MicroStrategy Data Management and Supplier Business Development teams to resolve data integrity issues that may affect analytics.
  5. Collaborate with state teams and IT to create new chains, activate units, and support reporting capabilities.
  6. Maintain existing programs with updates or corrections as needed.
  7. Compile program announcements for internal stakeholders, detailing program specifics, units, inventory, and forecasting.
  8. Support business review and supplier planning meetings.
  9. Analyze customer and team execution, providing insights to improve compliance performance.
  10. Conduct training on compliance processes and BLAST reporting tools for stakeholders and partners.
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of relevant data analytics or business strategy experience, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.
  • Proficiency with Internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and order processing systems (such as AS400, Alpha Database, Logility, MicroStrategy), or willingness to learn.
