Amentum is seeking a Business Integration Manager to join our team supporting NASA Johnson Space Center programs. The role focuses on establishing baseline cost plans, coordinating across divisions, and ensuring task orders align with program requirements.

Responsibilities include managing GCAs/GTAs, reviewing ROMs and proposals for appropriate tax and labor rates, and mentoring SMs/PMs in budgeting and TO processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to coordinate support from diverse technical disciplines.

• Guide and support in managing other contract task orders (e.g., SASS, NSEETS).
• Mentor incoming SMs and Project Managers on budget questions and TO requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Integration Manager to join the team!

The Business Integration Manager will:

• Establish baseline plans and updating cost phasing plans for each system manager; providing cost charts for their TCSRs in coordination with the business office
• This would be true for EV7 marks and marks that are shared across EV; this includes instances where EV7 may not be a marks holder, but integration is still required across the Division for specific Programs and Projects
• Perform a cross-division analysis to ensure that proposed new tasks/projects and updates align with the domain/branch requirements by interfacing with internal stakeholders
• Government Collaboration Agreements (GCAs) and Government Task Agreements (GTAs) mark integration, tracking, and ensuring scope of work is accurately captured by integrating with SMs and EV Branch and Division management as-needed-
• Providing a quality review of project ROMs and proposals to ensure the appropriate taxes and labor rates are utilized per Contract
• Provide Technical Management Representative (TMR) Support for JSC Engineering and Technical Services II (JETS II) which includes managing task orders by collecting the requirements, schedule, and product deliverables from the task order owner and entering the information into the Space Program Integrated Contract Environment (SPICE) website
• Provide guidance and support in managing other contract task orders (e.g. SASS, NSEETS) by collection requirements, schedule and product deliverables from the task order owner. Note this will require an agreement between the JETS II Contracting Officer (CO) and the other contractors COs.
• Mentoring incoming SMs and Project Managers for budget-related questions, reporting, and JETS II TO requirements definition and mods.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Salary starts at $64,900. Final pay will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
