About the role

We are seeking a Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role involves managing client relationships, negotiating renewals, and coordinating with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Applicants must be within driving distance and able to commute at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

1. Manage client relationships and coordinate with client teams.
2. Negotiate renewal rates and prepare client presentations.
3. Lead strategy meetings and delegate tasks within the client team.
4. Support new business proposals and renewal processes.
5. Provide general service support, including endorsements and contract reviews.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business insurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees or designations preferred.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry tools.
