Job summary

One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Business Insurance Services to promote and renew Pearl Insurance coverage for existing clients by phone, email, mail, and fax. You will manage quote presentations, close renewals, and coordinate underwriting with clients and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.
• Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Promote and renew assigned Pearl Insurance coverage to existing clients via phone, email, mail, and fax.
• Facilitate applications and underwriting with clients and internal underwriters and gather needed information.
• Present quotes, close sales, and seek market intelligence when renewals can’t close.
• Document sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships after first year of coverage and respond to client inquiries.
• Serve as a backup to other Client Relations Account Representatives when needed.
