Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the Business Insurance team. You will support policy changes, certificates, and property insurance evidence while maintaining high accuracy and service levels.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of customer service; licensing or eligibility for a Property & Casualty license within 90 days is a plus. Experience with EPIC is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Two (2) years Business Insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience working with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance.
• Perform policy audits and related administrative tasks for the Business Insurance team.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the BI team to ensure accuracy and timely support.
