Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Orland Park, IL is seeking a Client Service Representative to support renewal processes, certificates, and client communications. You will review contracts, manage data in the Agency Management System, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues.

The role requires a Property and Casualty license within 75 days, proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word, and a commitment to advancing insurance knowledge through training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send Renewal and Mid-term Certificate of Insurance and Evidence of Property Insurance forms.
• Review contracts to ensure that requirements are met by insurance policies.
• Communicate with clients and internal and external stakeholders regarding service issues.
• Maintain file documentation of forms and supplements for attachment to certificates.
• Verify coverage for third parties.
• Manage data in Agency Management System.
• Process Agency Bill Invoices upon instructions from account team.
• Perform other duties as requested.

What You Do

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
