Job summary

Amplifon invites applications for a Business Insights Intern, a 10-week paid program in Minneapolis. You will design and deliver BI solutions, build data models, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on real-world projects that impact the business.

The role offers mentorship, leadership exposure, and professional development through Amp’d Up with Leader Series. Typical duties include creating dashboards, reporting, and data analytics while engaging with senior leaders and peers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related field.
• Current student with anticipated graduation May–June 2028.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other Office tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Git, and PowerBI or similar tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and analytics solutions by designing, developing, and maintaining data models, reports, dashboards, and analytics products.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure project delivery.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices in analytics and knowledge sharing.
