Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Business Insights & Automation Analyst to translate complex telemetry, task logs, and model data into actionable BI within the Google ecosystem (BigQuery, Sheets, Looker Studio). You will build lightweight tools and automations to improve reporting and operational performance, including SLAs and classifier quality.

In this role you will design and maintain Looker Studio dashboards, write optimized SQL for large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

• Experience turning raw telemetry and logs into actionable BI.
• Strong SQL and data modeling for large datasets.
• Proven ability to automate reporting and workflows.
• Experience with Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with ML evaluation metrics (precision/recall).

Responsibilities

• Write optimized SQL queries across BigQuery and Redshift.
• Develop automations with Google Apps Script to reduce manual reporting.
• Analyze SLA and throughput metrics and report findings.
• Design executive-ready dashboards in Looker Studio and Sheets.
• Evaluate classifier outputs using precision/recall/F1-score.
