Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Spring 2027 Business and Inside Sale Intern to support the Software & IT team across sales, marketing, project management, and day-to-day operations. The role offers hands-on experience with lead management, project coordination, and customer outreach, alongside mentors and potential for full-time consideration.

The intern will work closely with the Product Manager and Sales Consultants, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of software and IT initiatives, from lead

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Business or Marketing undergraduate or graduate program.
• Able to commit to 15 hours per week.
• Local to Pittston, PA area for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Support sales pipeline management through CRM and Software inbox.
• Research software and IT products, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including proposals and campaigns.
• Track and report key sales metrics to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Provide general administrative support to the Software & IT team.
