Position Title: Business Information Developer Consultant – ETL Developer

Job Description:

Business Information Developer Consultant – ETL Developer

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Candidates should report to a Pulse Point location in Chicago, IL or Indianapolis, IN.

The Business Information Consultant Developer – ETL Developer is responsible for developing and executing complex data mining analyses.

How you will make an impact:

• Coordinate activities with clients regarding opportunity analysis using claims data.
• Determine how decision support systems will provide data for business decisions.
• Model information sources and data flows.
• Coordinate project team activities and monitor schedules and costs.
• Develop strategic report applications from data warehouses.
• Maintain knowledge of data warehouse design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues.
• Develop and support complex data warehouse applications, including database design and implementation.
• Program the majority of the time.
• Conduct training on application use.

Minimum Requirements:

BS/BA degree with at least 4 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Experience with relational databases, query tools, and statistical software preferred.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with ETL tools like DataStage, SSIS preferred.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills preferred.
• Experience developing APIs preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines in cloud platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS services like IAM, EC2, S3, EMR, Glue, and Redshift preferred.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server preferred.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, JSON, RabbitMQ, Sybase, MongoDB preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills preferred.

Salary range for Chicago, IL: $110,440 - $165,660. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, 401(k), stock purchase, and more.
