Job summary

Fragomen in Dallas is seeking a Business Immigration Supervisor to lead a team of junior caseworkers, train staff, and manage complex employment-based immigration matters. You will oversee casework, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with clients and the Client Services Manager.

The role requires a minimum 7 years in business immigration, supervisory experience, and strong communication. Proficiency with Excel and case management systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
• At least 7 years of business immigration experience (i.e., paralegal).
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various visa types and client processes.
• Client service mindset, attention to detail and high productivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as a supervisor to junior business immigration caseworkers and provide mentoring.
• Train new employees and supervise staff, ensuring accuracy and timely output.
• Provide direction to the team and coordinate with Client Services Manager and Associates.
• Lead client relationships, participate in meetings and business reviews, and address escalations.
• Review and approve client billing and oversee billing and WIP audits.
