We are seeking a business immigration paralegal to provide support to attorneys in preparing immigration-related filings, including PERM, I-140, EB-1, EB-2, H1B, O-1, E-1/2, etc. Experience working as a business immigration paralegal doing both skilled and unskilled labor certifications is required. Language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Business/Employment Immigration experience doing both skilled and unskilled labor certifications is required
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working with diverse clients
• Basic computer skills
• Additional language skills a plus
