Job summary

AnaMaria Rivera Law Firm, LLC is seeking a Spanish speaking Business Immigration Attorney with experience in employment-based immigration. The firm serves entrepreneurs, executives, investors and high-skilled professionals, with offices in Miami (Brickell) and Weston, FL.

The attorney will handle EB-1, EB-2 NIW, PERM/EB-3, O-1, L-1, and E-2 matters, and conduct consultations in Spanish. Qualified candidates have a J.D., active U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• 1-3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
• Strong experience preparing EB-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, L-1, or E-2 petitions.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Excellent legal drafting and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and supervise preparation of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions
• Prepare legal briefs and adjudication letters for EB-1 and EB-2 NIW cases
• Draft responses to RFEs
• Conduct client consultations and immigration strategy sessions in Spanish
• Supervise case preparation with paralegals and case managers
• Maintain direct client relationships and oversee case progress

Our firm focuses on representing entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and highly skilled professionals seeking immigration solutions in the United States.

Practice Areas

The attorney will work on employment-based immigration matters including:

• EB-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions
• EB-2 National Interest Waivers
• PERM and EB-3 petitions
• O-1 Extraordinary Ability visas
• L-1 Intracompany Transfers
• E-2 Treaty Investor visas

Responsibilities
