Job description

This position requires the attorney to be in our Cincinnati, Ohio office. After satisfactory completion of a probationary period, the attorney will be considered for a hybrid schedule consisting of four days per week in office and WFH one day per week. The attorney will work closely with a team of experienced immigration attorneys and paralegals. MU offers a competitive salary, benefits, etc. Job duties include:

- Prepare and file all types of green cards: PERMs, I-140s (including Schedule A), NVC, and I-485s

- Prepare and file common business NIVs: H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.

- Advise companies, including human resources, and senior management on all aspects of the corporation's immigration options and strategy

- Monitor corporation's compliance with immigration law. Suggest and implement improvements to client’s immigration strategy.

- Think creatively and be intellectually curious and legally open-minded to unique strategies for clients.

- Be a self-starter and work independently, but also collaborate and contribute to a team environment.

Position requires a law degree and state bar admission.
