NoaNet is seeking a Business & Fulfillment Operations Program Coordinator to join our Spokane-area team. The role supports cross-functional coordination across Business Operations, Order Fulfillment, OSP, and partner broadband programs, handling project coordination, admin tasks, and reporting.
You will assist with onboarding, activations, order processing, customer communications, and KPI reporting while using Box, Monday.com, NetSuite, and COS/MSS tools.

The Business & Fulfillment Operations Program Coordinator serves as a cross-functional coordination resource supporting the Business & Fulfillment Operations organization. This position provides project coordination, administrative support, reporting, documentation management, customer support, and operational support services across multiple functional teams including Business Operations, Order Fulfillment, Outside Plant (OSP), Professional Services, and partner broadband programs.
