Job summary

Beyond-Search Inc. is seeking a Business Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a 100+ person customer contact center bidding on a government project in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree and at least five years of experience as a finance or accounting manager, with duties including payments and reconciliations, budgeting, KPI reporting, risk management, and audit readiness for SOC 2 and PCI cycles; contract renewal

Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance degree from an Accredited University.
• 5+ years experience as a financial or accounting manager overseeing operations of financial systems, including payments, reconciliations, forecasting, reporting, financial risk assessment, workforce management and internal controls.
• Experience with annual operating budgets and budget forecasting.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data is accurate and actionable.
• Experience with government contracting is preferred.

Overview:

My client is bidding on a project to provide contact center services to a key government agency in North Carolina – Raleigh/Durham.

Please note that this position requires a degree in finance and/or accounting as well a minimum of five (5) years experience as finance and/or accounting manager.

The Business Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of a 100+ person customer contact center.

• The environment includes daily multi-channel payment reconciliation, cash operations at two walk-in centers, a KPI regime with invoice adjustments, monthly invoicing to a state authority, contractual compliance, resource planning and annual SOC 2 and PCI audit cycles.
• Will ensure that all payments are posted and reconciled, KPIs are achieved, risks are managed, and reporting requirements are met.

Requirements:
