Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Business Express Loan Processor to review approved small business loan applications and process conditions. Responsibilities include reporting, communication with loan officers, monitoring fulfillment of conditions, and some post-closing duties such as funding advances.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, attention to detail, strong PC skills (Word/Excel), and excellent written and verbal communication. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Under general supervision, the Business Express Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing approved small business loan applications and processing conditions as received from the Loan Officer. As part of the process, individuals will be responsible for reporting and analysis, communication with loan officers, monitoring of condition fulfillment, and some degree of post-closing duties such as funding advances.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

• Reviews approved loan requests for completeness and accuracy.


• Manages condition/stipulation fulfillment.


• Orders and reviews requests through vendors and related inter-company groups that may include appraisals, environmental reviews, title work, etc.


• Prepares closing package and requests closing documents.


• Processes funding advances including wires.


• Assists with general reports and analysis on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis.

Position Requirements:

• Significant (3+ years) related experience with knowledge of loan processes and documentation.


• Must be detail oriented, well organized and result driven.
