Job summary

MidFirst Business Credit, Inc. is seeking a Business Express Loan Processor to review approved small business loan applications and process conditions from the Loan Officer. You will report on the status, communicate with loan officers, and monitor fulfillment throughout closing and funding.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience with knowledge of loan processes and documentation.
• Detail oriented, well organized and results driven.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Under general supervision, the Business Express Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing approved small business loan applications and processing conditions as received from the Loan Officer. As part of the process, individuals will be responsible for reporting and analysis, communication with loan officers, monitoring of condition fulfillment, and some degree of post-closing duties such as funding advances.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

• Reviews approved loan requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Manages condition/stipulation fulfillment.
• Orders and reviews requests through vendors and related inter-company groups that may include appraisals, environmental reviews, title work, etc.
• Prepares closing package and requests closing documents.
• Processes funding advances including wires.
• Assists with general reports and analysis on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis.

Position Requirements:

• Significant (3+ years) related experience with knowledge of loan processes and documentation.
• Must be detail oriented, well organized and result driven.
• Solid PC and Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a must.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
